Job description
The Project Manager is responsible for assisting PMC to manage business operations of the new under-construction portfolio, ensuring all daily operational activities run smoothly, supervising and advising the team, and managing ongoing development and enhancement of the MPM advisory and implementation service offering. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service to existing clients while maximizing business opportunities across the UAE. Responsibilities include providing high levels of customer service, presenting the company professionally, supporting self-development and team motivation, and achieving departmental and company goals. The role involves analyzing and documenting business processes, identifying problems, and developing solutions to enhance operational efficiency. The Project Manager conducts meetings with project parties, reviews project documentation including design documents, tender documents, and contracts, and reviews and approves material submittals, progress payments, handover documentation, financial settlements, time extensions, and variations. The position requires follow-up of construction stages across all projects, reporting to top management on a weekly or monthly basis, managing architect teams, reviewing and approving payments to service providers, ensuring department goals align with company goals, maintaining high-standard reporting outputs, meeting budgeted revenue targets, ensuring turnaround times for tasks, and assisting in monitoring and updating departmental policies, processes, and controls. The role also involves managing key clients, developing new client relationships, managing business complaints, implementing safeguards to protect MPM and staff against liability, managing internal and external audit requirements, monitoring exposure to risk, ensuring compliance of development advisory departments, and participating in in-house training. The role requires expertise in AutoCAD, 3D, 3D Max, Revit, BIM Model, Design Proposal, Technical Solutions, and Project Management within architectural engineering and construction environments.

Experience & skills
- University Degree – Bachelor of Architectural Engineering Degree
- Professional proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D, 3D Max, Revit and BIM Model
- Experience in Design Proposal and Technical Solutions within construction or architectural environment
- Strong project management skills within construction or development advisory environment
- Ability to review contracts, tender documents, and project documentation
- Experience managing architect teams and construction project stakeholders
- Knowledge of risk monitoring, compliance, and audit requirements
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities within project delivery environment
