Job description
To provide operational support for all new hire processes including onboarding queries, coordination and communication with new joiners, processing documents for government formalities, and managing logistical aspects such as hotel bookings, e-tickets, and corporate induction. The role includes advising on policy and labor law in collaboration with line managers, HR business partners, and other stakeholders across MENA countries under the Al-Futtaim Group umbrella.

Key responsibilities
- Manage onboarding case resolution within defined service level agreements and turnaround times
- Coordinate with new joiners to ensure a seamless onboarding experience including travel and accommodation
- Process government-related documentation for new hires
- Provide support during corporate induction programs
- Collaborate with HRBPs, line managers, and internal stakeholders across MENA regions
- Ensure data accuracy and maintain confidentiality in SAP entries
- Update trackers, report work-in-progress, and escalate issues as needed
- Maintain operational excellence through continuous improvements and team knowledge sharing
- Respond to employee queries regarding policies, procedures, and UAE labor laws
- Utilize shared services tools and helpdesk platforms for onboarding support
Experience & skills
- Bachelorâs degree or equivalent in HR, Business, Management, or Technology
- CIPD or similar HR qualification is a plus
- 2 â 3 yearsâ experience as an HR Generalist in the UAE or GCC
- 2 â 3 years of experience supporting SAP HR Module or similar ERP system
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Experience working in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
- Knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR procedures
- Experience in a shared services environment is a plus
- Familiarity with help desk tools such as Salesforce is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills; Arabic is a plus
