Job description
DP World moves trade across Ports and Terminals, Marine Services, Logistics and Technology in more than 78 countries, and this Contract Manager role in Dubai leads the development, review, negotiation and management of contracts with clients, vendors and partners across that network. Legal, regulatory and organizational compliance sits behind every contract here, with contractual and commercial risks identified, assessed and mitigated before they become real problems. You'll coordinate closely with legal, finance, procurement and operational teams on contract-related matters, keeping everyone aligned as agreements move through their lifecycle. Contract performance, obligations, deliverables and timelines get monitored continuously, with variations, claims, renewals and dispute resolution all managed as they arise. Accurate contract records and documentation need maintaining throughout, alongside guidance for stakeholders on contract interpretation and compliance questions as they come up. Audits and internal reviews tied to contracts get supported directly, and contract management processes and best practices need continuous development and improvement. Strong negotiation and analytical skills matter here, paired with high attention to detail, solid documentation skills and the ability to manage multiple contracts and priorities at once.
