Job description
Accor is hiring a Senior Sales Manager for its Luxury & Lifestyle division to drive international and regional business, with a focus on growing hotel share from managed accounts across MICE, group bookings, and global segments. The role includes building key relationships, executing strategic sales plans, participating in trade shows and sales blitzes, and maintaining top-tier client communication. Based in the UAE, the candidate will handle global RFPs, develop strategic market action plans, and lead sales initiatives across source markets. Key responsibilities
- Proactively generate leads and close sales through effective sales techniques
- Consistently arrange client meetings and sales calls to drive business growth
- Manage administrative tasks related to all sales activities with strong follow-up
- Utilize Accor sales tools including ANAIS, Cvent, and loyalty program platforms
- Conduct monthly and quarterly business reviews to assess sales achievements
- Make in-person presentations to clients and represent the brand at trade shows and events
- Develop action plans for international/global accounts and deploy targeted sales strategies
- Explore and expand into key international and regional markets with structured sales plans
- Increase share of hotel bookings from MICE and group business segments
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with international/global managed accounts
Experience & skills
- Minimum 5 yearsâ experience in a sales role, preferably in a global hotel chain
- In-depth understanding of the UAE and GCC market landscape
- Experience working in a multicultural, multinational environment
- Strong professional communication and client-facing presentation skills
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Advanced computer literacy, including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Experience with Accor tools including ANAIS, Cvent, and RFP systems
- Demonstrated leadership and coaching skills with a collaborative team mindset
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities independently
