Amazon UAE is hiring a Marketing Manager Specialist to lead the marketing efforts for the launch of a new program. This role requires developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business goals and customer insights. The position involves leading integrated marketing campaigns across Amazonās onsite and digital platforms, including content optimization and targeted promotions. Responsibilities include conducting customer and market research, collaborating with cross-functional teams such as product, sales, and operations, and managing external agencies for creative execution. The role also entails tracking key performance indicators, analyzing campaign effectiveness, and optimizing strategies for maximum return on investment. The ideal candidate will have experience launching new products or programs, preferably within e-commerce or digital industries, and must demonstrate proficiency in digital marketing tools and strong project management capabilities.

Key responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end marketing strategy for a new program launch in alignment with business objectives
- Conduct market research and customer insights analysis to guide campaign development
- Develop and implement integrated marketing and communication plans to drive program adoption

- Execute marketing campaigns on Amazonās onsite platform including content and advertising

Experience & skills
- Bachelorās degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; Masterās preferred
- Proven experience launching new programs or products, ideally in e-commerce or digital platforms
- Strong analytical skills in customer insights and market research
- Experience with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment
- 1+ years of experience in the Games Industry (supporting title Development, Release, or Live Ops) preferred
