Job description
Provides domain expertise in network security transformation and Zero Trust to support customers through their security modernization journey. Works closely with sales teams to recommend and architect technical solutions aligned with customer requirements, covering on-prem, cloud, and security services within the Palo Alto Networks portfolio. Leads customer-facing presentations, demonstrations, and technical validation activities to secure technical wins. Develops high-level designs, documents key use cases for proper implementation, and positions solutions that simplify and strengthen customer security posture. Acts as the primary technical point of contact for network security topics, supports RFIs and RFPs, analyzes competitive offerings, and articulates Palo Alto Networks' differentiation. Leads discussions on industry trends, emerging technologies, and solution alignment with customer needs, while ensuring value realization and proper deployment of proposed solutions.

- Collaborate with sales teams to recommend and develop customer solutions within assigned specialization
- Present Palo Alto Networks solutions to customers at all levels, from practitioners to senior leadership
- Lead and support customer demonstrations showcasing solution value and differentiation
- Manage technical validation projects for prospective customers and partners using best practices
- Architect security solutions that strengthen and simplify customer network security posture
- Document high-level designs and key use cases for proper implementation and value realization
- Lead conversations regarding industry trends and evolving security landscape
- Highlight product alignment with customer requirements and competitive differentiation
- Serve as the main technical point of contact for network security and assist in RFI/RFP responses
- Position Palo Alto Networks and partner-delivered services to ensure successful solution deployment
- Discuss competitive offerings and position Palo Alto Networks as the preferred alternative
Experience & skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in pre-sales or sales engineering within Zero Trust, Networking, Network Security, SaaS Security, SSE or SASE
- Strong customer communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience collaborating with customers and demonstrating a can-do attitude
- Solid understanding of NGFW, SASE, SD-WAN, CASB, Proxy, DLP and BYOD solutions
- Advanced knowledge of on-premise and cloud-delivered network security technologies
- Proficient in English
