Job description
Leads a high-volume Toyota aftersales operation with full responsibility for service performance, customer satisfaction, gross margin delivery, and branch P&L. Oversees capacity utilization, productivity, and workshop efficiency while driving improvements in NPS, Fix It Right, and service retention. Ensures strict adherence to Toyota standards, HSSE, and SOPs, while upholding corporate image across the facility. Partners closely with Workshop, Parts, CEC, CRM, Marketing and Toyota Head Office to execute seamless operations. Translates customer feedback into structured improvement actions, leads Kaizen initiatives, and continuously elevates operational performance. Builds a high-performing team through coaching, training programs, OJT and structured development plans, ensuring sustainable operational excellence.

Key responsibilities
- Own branch P&L and drive performance across sold-hours, revenue, recovery rates, accessory and SMC sales
- Optimize workshop capacity, utilization and productivity to elevate TQM, NPS and Fix It Right metrics
- Ensure full compliance with HSSE, principal standards, government requirements and Toyota Corporate Image
- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing aftersales team through structured training and performance management
- Convert customer verbatim into actionable Small Group Activities to enhance experience and remove operational waste
- Resolve customer escalations quickly and decisively to preserve loyalty and branch reputation
- Collaborate daily with Dealer Principal, Workshop Manager and Parts operations; maintain alignment with Toyota Head Office
- Run Monthly Financial Reviews with Branch Account Managers and submit accurate forecasts
- Maintain 100% SOP compliance through audits, root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
Experience & skills
- Bachelorās degree in Engineering (Automotive preferred) or Business Management
- 10+ years in automotive dealerships with at least 5 years at managerial level in aftersales
- Strong understanding of dealer/distributor processes, HSSE, SOP compliance and operational excellence principles
- Proven ability to improve NPS, Fix It Right scores and service retention
- Track record in capacity planning, P&L ownership and strategic problem solving
- ERP proficiency (SAP or similar), strong analytical skills and comfort leading cross-functional collaboration
- Strong leadership, coaching and communication capabilities
