Job description
The Business Development Manager at Careem is responsible for driving B2B sales and managing corporate accounts within the dynamic ecosystem of the Careem Super App. The role involves developing and executing sales strategies to acquire and grow corporate clients across various sectors, including software, hospitality, e-commerce, and food tech. The manager will be instrumental in building a robust sales pipeline, delivering compelling sales presentations, and creating customized sales materials to effectively communicate Careem's value proposition. The position requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in corporate sales, capable of managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to account growth. The role also demands strong organizational skills to track daily progress, update CRM systems, and produce high-quality sales reports and forecasts. The Business Development Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and contribute to the overall growth and success of Careem's B2B initiatives.
