Job description
Selling luxury homes at Red Sea Global depends less on traditional residential marketing and more on the experiences that bring UHNWIs, investors and strategic stakeholders close to the destination. That is where this position in the Residential Development department comes in. Your focus is an events and sponsorship strategy built around brand and commercial objectives, along with the high-value partnerships that strengthen how the residential portfolio is positioned. Most of the effort goes into delivery, taking VIP events, private showcases, launches and international roadshows from concept and design through production, on-ground execution and post-event analysis. Top-tier event agencies, production houses and luxury vendors carry out much of the work, and holding them to ultra-luxury standards falls to you. Internally, Sales, Brand, PR and Leadership all need to stay aligned, and executive-level engagements will regularly call on your support. Budgets are tracked with ROI in mind, alongside engagement, lead generation, brand exposure and event impact. A background of 10 or more years in luxury events, ideally agency-side or with premium hospitality, fashion, automotive or lifestyle brands, fits this best.
Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Shape a luxury events and sponsorship strategy aligned with brand and commercial objectives
- Source and manage high-value sponsorship opportunities, partnerships and platforms that strengthen brand positioning
- Curate premium experiences for UHNWIs, investors and global audiences
- Direct the full event lifecycle, from concept, design and production through execution and post-event analysis
- Produce immersive luxury experiences including VIP events, private showcases, launches and international roadshows
- Supervise on-ground execution so every event meets ultra-luxury standards
- Brief and work with top-tier event agencies, production houses and luxury vendors
- Hold external partners accountable for quality, creativity and premium brand standards
- Align events with Sales, Brand, PR and Leadership so they serve wider business goals
- Assist with executive-level engagements and high-profile events
- Cultivate relationships with sponsors, partners and external stakeholders to maximise value and visibility
- Control event and sponsorship budgets with a clear focus on ROI
- Measure engagement, lead generation, brand exposure and overall event impact
Experience & skills
- Bring 10 or more years of events experience focused on luxury, experiential or high-end brand activations
- Show a proven record of executing large-scale, detail-driven luxury events, beyond planning and coordination alone
- Draw on experience within large organisations or leading event or creative agencies
- Offer strong exposure to hospitality, luxury brands, destination marketing or premium lifestyle sectors
- Contribute experience managing sponsorships, partnerships or branded collaborations, which is highly preferred
- Add experience with high-end global brands such as luxury hotels, fashion, automotive or lifestyle, which is a strong advantage
- Engage VIP clients and senior stakeholders with confidence
- Come from a pure events or experiential background rather than traditional residential marketing
