Job description

The role supports the Communications team at Huda Beauty in executing PR and influencer marketing initiatives across the Middle East and India, helping build, grow, and engage the influencer community. Responsibilities include relationship building with influencers, press, and PR agencies through in-person engagement, events, dinners, and industry mixers, acting as a brand ambassador and fostering long-term advocacy and storytelling. Administrative duties include organizing and updating influencer-related data, managing the PR closet for last-minute requests, and supporting influencer identification and auditing. The position manages outreach and communication with influencers, coordinates collaborations and campaign timelines, tracks deliverables and results, and monitors media and social content across platforms. It supports cross-departmental collaboration with Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance, and Marketing, performs research on industry and competitor trends, and assists in PR events, activations, press events, and influencer trips. The role requires experience in beauty-focused PR or influencer marketing, strong relationship-building skills, high organization, proficiency in analytics tools including Tribe Dynamics and Traackr, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
