Job description
The Renewals Specialist, Adobe at Logicom Distribution in Dubai will manage the renewal of Adobe Services, Software, and Licenses across the UAE. The role focuses on maintaining strong partner relationships, driving a healthy renewals pipeline, and supporting partners through enablement, training, and operational assistance. The specialist will prepare offers and pricing quotes, track renewals through internal systems, and regularly update sales leadership on business performance. The ideal candidate brings 1ā3 years of experience in sales, customer support, or operations, with excellent communication skills, strong organizational discipline, and familiarity with Adobeās software ecosystem. Key responsibilities
- Own and manage the renewal process for Adobe Services, Software, and Licenses in the UAE.
- Proactively contact Adobe partners to drive renewal opportunities and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Enable, train, and support new and existing partners on Adobe tools and renewal management systems.
- Prepare offers and pricing quotes for renewals and ensure timely submissions to partners.
- Share regular sales updates with the Services and Sales management teams.
- Attend recurring business meetings and calls to discuss sales performance and partner feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of partner interactions and renewal opportunities using internal and external tools.
- Support partners in achieving their renewal targets and ensuring a seamless renewal experience.
Experience & skills
- University degree in Computer Science, Business, Marketing, Communications, or related discipline.
- 1ā3 years of experience in sales, customer support, or operations (preferably in technology or software distribution).
- Strong understanding of customer service principles and relationship management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM or business tracking tools.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Self-motivated, assertive, and capable of working independently while maintaining team collaboration.
- Professional and friendly demeanor when interacting with colleagues and partners.
- Adobe certifications or familiarity with Adobe software tools and renewals processes are an advantage.
