Job description
Novotel is hiring a Digital Marketing Manager for the MEA SPAC region to lead digital strategy execution across direct and indirect channels. This role is critical in shaping the hotelâs digital footprint, driving online revenue growth, and ensuring brand presence across web, CRM, social media, and metasearch platforms. The ideal candidate will bring a mix of data-driven decision-making, creative strategy, and hospitality experience to build impactful campaigns, enhance online reputation, and grow Accorâs app visibility.

Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute yearly digital plans and budgets aligned with hotel strategy across direct and indirect channels.
- Collaborate with Sales, Revenue, PR, F&B, and Marketing teams to define key initiatives and performance goals.
- Manage and optimize SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and metasearch campaigns.
- Lead content creation and ensure brand presence across all relevant social platforms and digital touchpoints.
- Utilize CRM and third-party tools for Rooms and F&B email marketing in line with corporate guidelines.
- Analyze digital performance, report on ROI and KPIs, and implement improvements based on insights.
- Oversee online reputation, rate parity, and competitive analysis across digital channels.
- Drive app adoption, social engagement, and online conversion through creative, analytics-driven initiatives.
- Stay current with emerging tech, trends, and digital tools, advising on strategic adoption.
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendor partners to deliver seamless execution of campaigns.
Experience & skills
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, ideally within the hospitality or travel industry.
- Strong command of SEO/SEM, email marketing, display ads, PPC, and content marketing best practices.
- Proficient in analytics tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social ad platforms.
- Demonstrated success managing cross-channel digital campaigns with measurable business impact.
- Excellent project management and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and collaborative environment.
