Job description
Senior Field Professional – Logging & Perforating role within Halliburton Wireline and Perforating services in Al-Khobar, Saudi Arabia. The position involves applying knowledge of Open Hole Wireline technologies to deliver basic and complex logging and perforating services at well sites. The role requires independent operation of wireline tools and systems while providing customers with technical guidance and interpreting subsurface data using proprietary software. The professional applies engineering, mechanical, and geological principles to analyze well logging data and provide interpretations to clients, including coaching customers through drilling scenarios. The role involves continuous development of data interpretation skills through mentorship from wireline field leadership and integration of understanding of wireline operations, service line collaboration, and operational procedures. The position also includes mentoring junior field professionals, guiding them in delivering services and operating tools, and ensuring safe and effective execution of well site operations in oil and gas environments.

- Apply Open Hole Wireline technologies to perform logging and perforating services at well sites
- Operate wireline tools and systems for basic and complex service delivery

Experience & skills
- Minimum 2.5 years of experience in Open Hole Wireline field operations
- Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Science, or related technical discipline preferred
- Equivalent combination of education and experience acceptable
- Ability to perform independent field operations at well sites
- Understanding of wireline logging and perforating services
- Ability to interpret complex technical and geological data
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in oilfield operational environments
- Ability to coach and support junior field staff
