Job description
The Senior Manager – Sales (Telecom System Integration Services) role at Tata Communications in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is a regional Middle East leadership position focused on driving business growth across telecom operators through Telecom SI services including network integration, deployment, managed services, and transformation programs. The role requires ownership of the complete sales lifecycle from lead identification, qualification, solutioning, proposal development, negotiation, commercial modelling, deal structuring, and deal closure while aligning complex system integration offerings to customer transformation roadmaps. The position involves building and executing account strategies for key telecom operator customers, identifying new opportunities through account mining and cross-sell and up-sell initiatives, and maintaining strong CXO-level relationships with telecom operators, MVNOs, and strategic partners. The candidate acts as the primary interface between customers and internal stakeholders including solutioning, delivery, finance, and legal teams, representing the organization in customer meetings, RFP discussions, executive briefings, and negotiations. The role demands strong commercial acumen, deep regional customer connectivity, and expertise in translating telecom SI capabilities into compelling customer value propositions while driving revenue growth for TCTS services across the Middle East market.

Key responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth for Telecom SI services including network integration, deployment, managed services, and transformation programs across telecom operator customers
- Own the complete sales lifecycle including lead identification, qualification, solutioning, proposal development, negotiation, commercial modelling, deal structuring, and deal closure
- Build and execute account strategies for key telecom operator customers while identifying opportunities through account mining and cross-sell and up-sell initiatives
- Maintain and develop CXO-level relationships with telecom operators, MVNOs, and strategic partners to strengthen regional customer engagement
- Act as the primary interface between customers and internal stakeholders including solutioning, delivery, finance, and legal teams to ensure alignment and execution

- Drive business development initiatives across the Middle East region leveraging strong commercial acumen and telecom industry expertise
Experience & skills
- Demonstrate 12–20 years of experience in sales within telecommunications and Telecom SI services environments
- Exhibit strong expertise in system integration, network integration, managed services, and telecom transformation programs
- Demonstrate proven ability to manage full sales lifecycle including solutioning, proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure
- Show experience in commercial modelling and deal structuring for complex telecom engagements
- Possess strong relationships with telecom operators, MVNOs, and strategic partners at CXO level within the Middle East region
- Demonstrate experience in account strategy development, account mining, cross-sell, and up-sell initiatives
- Exhibit ability to engage in RFP processes, executive briefings, and customer negotiations
