Boston Consulting Group (BCG) is hiring a Senior Analyst for its BCG Vantage Implementation team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role is part of BCG’s Expertise and Insights function and focuses on driving high-impact implementation projects that translate strategy into action. As a Senior Analyst in a client-facing capacity, you will support long-tail projects by delivering value through individual expertise and institutionalized knowledge assets, including frameworks, data, tools, and workshops. You will contribute analytical insights and recommendations to client cases and proposals, supporting the design and execution of solutions that generate measurable client impact. Responsibilities include leading key modules of implementation projects, activating organizational design strategies, executing target operating models, and improving business processes for efficiency and strategic alignment. The role requires effective collaboration with clients and internal BCG teams, ensuring high-quality delivery and practical outcomes. You will codify best practices and emerging insights from cases into reusable knowledge assets, support onboarding and training of junior colleagues, and contribute to the firm’s knowledge base. The ideal candidate possesses strong business acumen, analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate credibly with client stakeholders. Fluency in both Arabic and English is required, along with a flexible, agile, and creative mindset suited to navigating ambiguity and complexity.
