Job description
Emirates NBD is seeking a Money Market Specialist to join its Global Markets and Treasury team in Dubai. The role involves managing fiduciary deposits, onboarding new counterparties, handling money market fund deposits, and supporting special products such as DLN, SBLC, and leveraged deposits. The Specialist will be responsible for opening and maintaining accounts, updating and distributing weekly rate sheets, executing placements, rollovers, and recalls, and ensuring accurate monitoring of revenue and maturity profiles. The role requires strong knowledge of onboarding processes and KYC documentation, with proficiency in MS Office tools. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to ENBD’s treasury operations while working in a dynamic, fast-paced financial environment.
Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Manage onboarding and account opening for funds, fiduciary deposits, and special products (DLN, SBLC, leveraged deposits)
- Maintain accounts for fiduciary and special project-related products
- Prepare, update, and distribute weekly rate sheets to counterparties and internal clients
- Monitor fiduciary deposit maturity profiles and revenue sheets
- Assist in placements, rollovers, cancellations, and recalls of funds
- Ensure accurate revenue tracking and reporting
- Support the fiduciary deposit and money market operations team in daily activities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of treasury processes
Experience & skills
- Bachelor’s degree (Finance, Economics, or Business preferred)
- Experience in onboarding and KYC documentation processes
- Knowledge of money markets, fiduciary deposits, and treasury operations
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Attention to detail with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Effective communication and relationship management skills
