Job description
Eight weeks on site in Duba followed by two weeks off sets the rhythm for this position on the NEOM Green Hydrogen Project (NGHP), which Air Products is delivering for NEOM Green Hydrogen Company (NGHC). Sitting within the site cybersecurity task force, you bring instrumentation and controls expertise to field verification of cyber assets. PAS, BPCS and vendor-supplied control packages all need site engineering support through construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning, startup and handover. Field Supervision Engineers from PAS and BPCS vendors, sub-contractors and package suppliers are close partners in planning cybersecurity site validation and closing out Cybersecurity Risk Assessment (CRA) recommendations. FAT, SAT, loop checks and functional testing will involve you as assigned. Vendor documentation, test procedures and compliance evidence are reviewed, and Proof of Compliance documentation is compiled and closed out with full traceability. Troubleshooting instrumentation, control systems, networks and interfaces during startup is part of the job. Cybersecurity controls must go in without disrupting schedule-critical work, so timing and coordination matter. At least 15 years in instrumentation and control systems on industrial projects is required, with ICS cybersecurity experience and ISA/IEC 62443 or SANS certification preferred.
