Sales growth gets driven directly, with regional commercial targets achieved through consistent execution across the territory. Strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and strategic partners need building and maintaining as the business establishes itself in new markets. Representing the business at industry events and with key external stakeholders comes with the territory, putting a face to the brand across Europe.
