Key responsibilities

• Pro-actively acquire HNWI & UHNWI New to Bank & Existing to Bank clients in the UAE
• Provide home finance solutions to HNW, UHNW, Premier, Private Banking, Corporate Banking, and self-employed clients
• Work as part of an integrated branch management team to meet standards and deliver operating models
• Maximize profit and meet/exceed financial targets outlined in AOP
• Agree and manage lending facilities within agreed Approval Authority
• Use MI to identify risk situations and take appropriate action to minimize loss
• Ensure sales and operations are conducted in accordance with HSBC FIM, BIM, and Credit Policy guidelines
• Adhere to internal controls and demonstrate compliance with credit policies
• Ensure compliance with Group standards, GHQ, and local regulatory organizations
