The role ensures operational efficiency, profitability, staff development, and consistent delivery of exceptional guest experiences. - Assist the Operations Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations and profitability.
- Train, mentor, and develop team members to maintain high performance standards.
- Coordinate employee schedules to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Ensure consistent implementation of company SOPs, policies, and procedures.
- Monitor operational costs and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
- Deliver outstanding guest service and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
- Support team engagement and retention initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
- Assist in managing challenges under high-pressure situations while maintaining service quality.

Experience & skills
