Job description
Closing a deal is only the beginning at Lucidya, and this Project Manager role exists to make sure everything that happens after the signature actually lands. Enterprise clients bring complex requirements, multiple stakeholders, and no tolerance for delivery that misses what was promised, so you sit at the centre of that delivery process. Commercial, Product, Engineering, Finance, and Legal all cross your desk, and the role goes beyond coordination since you hold the whole picture and keep every part of the business moving in the same direction. You own delivery from pre-RFP through go-live, leading alignment sessions that validate scope, timeline, resource availability, and budget assumptions before anything gets committed. Governance runs through the role too, with a project and risk register, executive dashboards, PMO reports, stage gates, and post-implementation reviews all part of the toolkit. Vendor and third-party risk falls under your watch as well, covering onboarding governance, a Third-Party Risk Register, and coordination with Legal, Compliance, and Data Privacy on risk assessments and incident response. Internal programmes get the same rigor as client work, extending the PM framework to process transformation, system rollouts, and product programmes while tracking progress against annual strategic objectives and KPIs. At the end of it, you carry responsibility for outcomes such as projects landing on time, within budget, and without surprises.
Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Lead pre-RFP alignment sessions to validate scope, timeline, resource availability, and budget assumptions
- Establish and enforce a handover framework from RFP to delivery with clear ownership and traceability
- Ensure every project proposal passes cross-functional validation across Commercial, Product, Engineering, HR, Legal, and Finance
- Review vendor and subcontractor arrangements for procurement compliance and operational readiness
- Design and maintain project governance frameworks that define accountability, escalation paths, and decision-making checkpoints
- Maintain a live project and risk register covering progress, dependencies, financial exposure, and compliance risks
- Run post-implementation reviews that produce actionable lessons rather than just documentation
- Serve as the central coordination point across Commercial, Product, Engineering, HR, Finance, Legal, and Delivery
- Facilitate procurement and vendor coordination, ensuring external partners meet internal standards and regulatory requirements
- Oversee vendor and third-party onboarding governance, ensuring tools, processors, and contractors meet data protection and regulatory standards
- Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, and Data Privacy on risk assessments, incident responses, and breach reporting
- Extend the PM framework to internal strategic initiatives, tracking progress against annual objectives and KPIs
Experience & skills
- Bring 5+ years of experience in project or programme management, preferably within SaaS or enterprise technology, including complex multi-workstream projects
- Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously without losing track of any of them
- Identify risk early, escalate when needed, and avoid letting problems fester
- Carry real financial acumen, including cost modelling, budget tracking, and ROI analysis
- Influence stakeholders across functions without direct authority over their resources
- Communicate clearly and in a structured way, calibrated to the audience, whether an engineer, a client, or a CEO
- Hold a PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification, applying methodology pragmatically rather than rigidly
- Adapt to a rapidly growing environment where not everything is defined, building structure as you go
