The Accountant (Settlements with Suppliers) role at Ajax Systems in Dubai, UAE is a hybrid, on-site/remote position responsible for managing accounting operations specifically focused on supplier settlements. This role ensures accurate documentation, verification, and posting of receipts for goods, services, returns, and expenses, while maintaining compliance with UAE accounting principles and tax regulations. The incumbent will perform reconciliations with suppliers, assist with tax filings and annual audits, and ensure all transactions with suppliers under orders or contracts are properly recorded and adjusted when necessary. The position requires proficiency in accounting software including 1C and SAP, strong Excel skills, and fluency in Russian, Ukrainian, and English. Attention to detail, analytical ability, and organizational skills are critical to ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial records.
