Job description
Commercial Account Manager MENA role based in Dubai Internet City, United Arab Emirates, within Procoreās Sales team responsible for managing commercial customer accounts across the MENA region. The role serves as the primary point of contact for geographic-based territories, leveraging Procoreās suite of solutions to renew, expand, and grow the customer base while mitigating churn. The position requires collaborating cross-functionally with Inside Sales Representatives, Product Solution Specialists, Customer Success Engineers, and other Sales members to drive product adoption, increase customer retention, and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities. The Commercial Account Manager conducts account research, identifies key champions, gathers business requirements, and communicates value propositions effectively against competitors. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate forecasts, managing pipelines, generating reports, and tracking sales activities. The role also involves managing leads, opportunities, and account information within Salesforce.com, coordinating internal resources to resolve client issues, and supporting execution of service agreements. The position requires consultative, solution-based sales experience within B2B software environments, post-sale revenue expansion, and strong experience managing customer relationships, forecasting, and pipeline management. Fluency in English and Arabic is required along with ability to work in the UAE and collaborate across cross-functional teams to support account growth and customer success initiatives.

Key responsibilities
- Serve as primary point of contact for assigned geographic territory by managing customer relationships, communicating product value, and driving customer retention and growth
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Inside Sales Representatives, Product Solution Specialists, and Customer Success Engineers to drive product adoption, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities
- Research accounts, identify key stakeholders, generate interest, and gather business requirements to support account growth strategies
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline management, and provide sales activity reporting to sales management
- Conduct competitor analysis and communicate Procore value proposition to customers effectively
- Manage leads, opportunities, and account information within Salesforce.com and ensure accurate CRM documentation
- Coordinate internal resources to resolve client issues and support execution of service agreements
Experience & skills
- Possess BA/BS degree or equivalent experience with demonstrated success in B2B software sales within commercial market environments and account management roles
- Demonstrate experience using consultative and solution-based sales methodology to identify customer requirements, deliver value-based proposals, and support revenue expansion
- Demonstrate proven track record in software sales including customer retention, upselling, cross-selling, and post-sale revenue expansion within SaaS environments
- Demonstrate experience managing sales pipeline, forecasting, opportunity tracking, and account planning using CRM tools including Salesforce.com
- Demonstrate ability to research accounts, identify key stakeholders, gather business requirements, and execute strategic account growth initiatives
- Demonstrate experience working within inside sales-based selling models and collaborating with cross-functional teams including sales, customer success, and solution specialists
- Demonstrate fluency in English and Arabic with ability to engage customers across MENA region and support territory-based account management
