Job description
The Senior Manager – Change Management leads the planning and execution of change strategies to ensure the successful adoption of new processes, systems, structures, and ways of working across the Transport Business Unit (TBU) at Qiddiya. This role enables strategic transformations by supporting the people side of change — including organizational structures, business processes, technology implementations, and cultural alignment initiatives. The position is responsible for assessing impacts, developing change plans, engaging stakeholders, and embedding new behaviors to ensure readiness and resilience across the organization.
Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Develop and lead the TBU’s integrated change management framework and approach, aligned with QIC’s enterprise change strategy.
- Collaborate with functional and project teams to assess organizational impacts and change risks of strategic initiatives.
- Create detailed change plans including stakeholder analysis, communication strategies, training roadmaps, and readiness assessments.
- Partner with HR, Strategy, and Governance teams to align change efforts with workforce planning, talent development, and performance frameworks.
- Monitor and report on change readiness, adoption levels, and resistance risks to the Director and BU leadership.
- Coordinate with external advisors and transformation partners where required to ensure change interventions are properly delivered.
- Design and implement feedback loops and post-change assessments to drive continuous improvement and embed new behaviors.
- Act as a change ambassador across the TBU, helping to shape a culture of adaptability, resilience, and innovation.
Experience & skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Business Administration, HR, or related field.
- Master’s degree in Change Management, Leadership, or Strategy preferred.
- 10+ years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in a change management leadership role.
- Strong track record of designing and delivering change programs in large-scale, matrixed, or infrastructure environments.
