Job description
A project manager is responsible for the overall operation of the cleaning management among the districts assigned under his area responsibilities. The role entails managing daily cleaning activities, overseeing service providers, tracking documentation, supporting operations, preparing estimates, and coordinating maintenance activities in line with service agreements and operational goals.

Key responsibilities
- Manage the coordination of daily cleaning activities and emergency response work across assigned districts
- Oversee service providers to ensure service level agreements are met
- Ensure accurate documentation of contracts, invoices, and records in the IN-CAB system
- Track, review, and maintain essential documents related to operational method statements
- Assist in preparing cost estimates and scheduling of work
- Document and track the completion of scheduled work
- Support implementation of policies, procedures, and communication standards
- Coordinate with core teams to meet maintenance requirements and timelines
Experience & skills
- Degree in Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years professional experience in project management
- Experience in facility management or operational services is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills
- Valid UAE driving license
