Job description
The Customer Support Specialist β Rent Now Pay Later (RNPL) plays a critical role in supporting tenants and landlords throughout their journey on the RNPL platform. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, facilitating seamless onboarding, managing documentation processes, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely verification and credit assessments. Working closely with operations, admin, and verification teams, the specialist ensures compliance, smooth communication, and high levels of customer satisfaction within a fast-paced proptech environment.

Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries through designated support channels in a timely and professional manner
- Assist and educate tenants and landlords on the RNPL platform features and processes
- Onboard tenants into the CRM system while ensuring all required documentation is complete and accurate
- Coordinate with verification and credit assessment teams to ensure smooth and timely processing
- Address and resolve tenant and landlord concerns efficiently while maintaining positive relationships
- Support negotiation and execution of lease agreements in coordination with relevant stakeholders
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions, agreements, and documentation in CRM systems
- Prepare reports and track onboarding or operational performance metrics as required
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and customer experience
Experience & skills
- Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
- Experience in customer service or administrative roles within real estate or property management
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in property management systems and CRM tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Ability to analyze data and generate basic operational reports
- Professional demeanor with strong relationship-building skills
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
