Job description
This role leads the commercial agenda for Qiddiya’s Entertainment Business Unit, responsible for defining and executing revenue growth strategies, enhancing market presence, and driving customer engagement. The Director - Commercial oversees sales, marketing, and business development initiatives, ensuring alignment with Qiddiya’s mission to redefine entertainment in Saudi Arabia. The position requires strong analytical capability to interpret market trends and performance data, refine commercial initiatives, and identify new growth opportunities. The director negotiates contracts, builds strategic partnerships, strengthens relationships with key stakeholders, and ensures favorable commercial terms. This role collaborates cross-functionally to integrate commercial strategies with operational policies, monitoring performance metrics to support executive decision-making. Success requires leadership of high-performing teams, expertise in commercial strategy formulation, and the vision to create sustainable, customer-centric commercial ecosystems within a dynamic entertainment landscape.

- Proficiency in market analysis and strategic planning
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; Master’s degree preferred
