The analyst works closely with team leads, Ops leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders to validate findings and ensure operational excellence. The position is ideal for candidates with a strong process-oriented mindset, business analysis experience, and familiarity with operational workflows in payments or financial services.

- Design improved workflows and propose process changes using recognized process design standards.
- Document current-state and future-state processes, SOPs, and findings in clear, structured formats.
- Work with team leads to validate findings and secure buy-in for process improvements.
- Track the implementation of process improvements and ensure adoption of agreed changes.
- Feed findings into the Operations Dashboard to log pain points, solutions, and implementation status.
- Identify which process issues require escalation to product or engineering for technical solutions.
- Benchmark operations processes against industry standards, particularly in KYC, dispute resolution, and onboarding.
- Use operational data and SLA metrics to support findings and recommendations.
Experience & skills
- 2β4 years of experience in business analysis, operations management, or process improvement roles.

- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, BPM, or similar process improvement methodologies; certification a plus.
- Strong ability to document processes, SOPs, gap analyses, and findings clearly and concisely.
- Comfortable interviewing stakeholders at all levels to extract operational knowledge.
- Analytical mindset and data-aware approach to support process improvements.
- Understanding of payments operations (KYC, dispute handling, onboarding, reconciliation) is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and handle mid-level responsibilities without close supervision.
- Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
