Job description
The Sales Team Leader (Retention) at Property Finder in Dubai, UAE, is responsible for driving revenue growth by maximizing customer retention and account expansion within their assigned territory or segment. This role leads a high-performing sales team focused on developing deep client relationships, understanding partner needs, and proactively identifying upsell and renewal opportunities. The position entails creating and executing sales strategies, coaching and developing team members, managing revenue forecasting, and serving as the escalation point for customer account issues. The role requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders across multiple functions, conducting on-ground client visits to support team development, and leveraging CRM tools such as Salesforce for account management. The Sales Team Leader plays a critical role in shaping the customer experience, ensuring satisfaction, and driving measurable long-term value for Property Finder’s platform in the MENA real estate market.

Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to grow business and drive customer retention within the assigned territory or segment.
- Lead, hire, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team, fostering a consultative approach to account management and upselling.
- Forecast weekly, monthly, and quarterly revenue expectations with high predictability and monitor team performance against retention and revenue targets.
- Serve as the escalation point for all client account management issues, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Conduct on-ground client visits to support team coaching and gain direct insights into customer needs and experiences.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to align sales initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Analyze account performance and develop action plans to maximize upsell, renewal opportunities, and long-term client value.
- Leverage CRM tools, Excel, and PowerPoint to track, report, and optimize account management processes and sales performance.
Experience & skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Science.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS, subscription, or sales account management.
- At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales management, leading a team of at least 5 people to exceed targets.
- Proven track record of building new business functions and scaling strategic initiatives.
- High proficiency in leadership, communication, public speaking, sales forecasting, and analytical decision-making.
- Experience in customer retention, upselling, and account growth strategies.
- Good understanding of the real estate industry is desirable.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, particularly Salesforce, and advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to navigate complex client decision-making processes and adapt to evolving business strategies.
- Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and coaching capabilities to drive team and business performance.
