The Senior Performance Marketing Specialist - Retail at Al-Futtaim Private Company LLC is responsible for crafting and executing performance marketing strategies tailored to specific regions to drive traffic growth, sales increases, and enhanced customer experiences for Al-Futtaim Retail across the Middle East and Asia. The role oversees performance marketing outcomes in MENA and Asia, ensuring a balance between growth, efficiency, and scalability across markets at varying maturity levels while supporting brand awareness and cultivating long-term customer relationships. The position involves owning end-to-end delivery, optimization, and performance of paid search, paid social, display, and programmatic campaigns across retail using platforms including Google Search, Google Shopping, Google Display, YouTube, Meta Business Manager, and other performance and app marketing tools. The role requires managing multi-channel and multi-market paid media budgets to deliver revenue targets, ROAS, CAC, and customer acquisition goals, defining targeting and bidding strategies, driving continuous optimization, testing, and performance monitoring. The Senior Performance Marketing Specialist collaborates with Brand teams, Digital Trade, and CRM teams to align paid media activity with stock availability, product priorities, and marketing calendars. Responsibilities include managing creative and content assets, working with graphic designers, copywriters, and brand teams, contributing to country-level marketing plans, forecasting KPIs, delivering performance reviews, forecasts, and trend analysis, and implementing data-driven marketing initiatives using Google Analytics, Criteo, RTB platforms, and Microsoft Excel. The role operates within Al-Futtaim Retail, a leading retail organization across the Middle East, Africa, and Asia with partnerships including IKEA, ACE, Toys R Us, Inditex brands, Marks & Spencer, Watsons, and B&Q.

Key responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery, optimization, and performance of paid search, paid social, display, and programmatic campaigns across retail markets using Google Ads including Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube, Meta Business Manager, and performance marketing platforms while ensuring achievement of traffic growth, sales targets, and customer acquisition goals
- Manage multi-channel and multi-market paid media budgets, define targeting and bidding strategies, optimize campaign performance, monitor ROAS, CAC, and revenue targets, and conduct continuous testing and performance monitoring across MENA and Asia markets
- Collaborate with Brand teams, Digital Trade, and CRM teams to align paid media campaigns with stock availability, product priorities, and marketing calendar while ensuring appropriate product promotion, offers, and messaging aligned with commercial and brand objectives
- Own briefing, delivery, and optimization of performance marketing creative assets and content, coordinate with graphic designers, copywriters, and brand teams, and ensure assets meet brand standards and performance requirements across PPC, website, and app placements
- Develop country-level marketing plans, forecast paid media targets, define KPIs, monitor campaign performance, and implement data-driven strategies to improve marketing effectiveness and customer acquisition
- Deliver regular performance reviews, forecasts, and trend analysis using web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Criteo, RTB platforms, and reporting dashboards to support strategic decision-making
- Launch and optimize retargeting campaigns using platforms such as Criteo and RTB while improving customer acquisition, conversion rates, and long-term brand performance metrics
- Drive data-driven performance marketing initiatives across multiple markets, optimize digital branding campaigns including YouTube and paid social video, and ensure scalability, efficiency, and growth across retail channels
Experience & skills
- Possess at least 5 years of experience in performance marketing managing multi-market or regional campaigns with responsibility for budgets, revenue targets, and ROI performance
- Demonstrate hands-on experience with PPC, Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, and Programmatic platforms including Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and performance marketing tools
- Show strong expertise in web analytics including Google Analytics or equivalent analytics platforms for performance monitoring and optimization
- Demonstrate experience using retargeting platforms such as Criteo and RTB to drive customer acquisition and improve conversion performance
- Exhibit advanced Microsoft Excel skills for reporting, forecasting, performance tracking, and campaign optimization analysis
- Show proven track record launching data-driven performance marketing campaigns that achieve strong ROI and support long-term brand metrics
- Demonstrate experience establishing and assessing digital paid advertising initiatives across multiple markets including MENA and Asia
- Exhibit expertise in digital branding initiatives including YouTube advertising and paid social video campaigns with strong understanding of upper-funnel and brand KPIs
