Job description
Keeta (the international subsidiary of Meituan) seeks a Partner Management and Operations professional to develop a tiered cooperation partner grading and incentive system tailored to country-specific circumstances; establish monthly, quarterly, and annual assessment and management standards; and collaborate with partner organizations to implement daily assessment content. The role will establish and improve reward and punishment, replacement, and bidding mechanisms to create a closed loop of assessment, rating, replacement, and bidding that ensures the healthy development of cooperation partners and maintains openness, fairness, and impartiality. It will drive the product development and iteration of merchant management system evaluations and replacement management, achieving the digitization of evaluation, replacement, and process management, and strengthening product tool support. The remit spans formulating and outputting operational strategies for partner management with end-to-end process design (including rule-making) and continuous strategy iteration by country/scenario; building rights and bidding systems for partner management; applying deep partner management expertise through hands-on management and frontline research; and leading product development/optimization in collaboration with multiple departments to drive business implementation across a rapidly expanding, international delivery business.

Experience & skills
- Formulate and output operational strategies for partner management with end-to-end process and rule-making, iterating by country and scenario
- Build rights and bidding systems for partner management; prior experience establishing partner rights systems and bidding systems (with strategy iteration) is a plus
- Demonstrate deep understanding of partner management with hands-on experience and frontline research
- Lead product development and optimization for partner management, collaborating effectively with various departments to drive business implementation
