The Property Consultant (UAE National) at The First Group is responsible for selling new property investment opportunities from a qualified lead database, without cold calling. The role targets upscale hotel guestrooms, suites, and serviced apartments in high-demand areas of Dubai. Working in a dynamic, growth-oriented real estate firm with partnerships including Wyndham, Millennium, Emirates Airlines, and Jumeirah Hotels, consultants receive full sales training, visa, health insurance, and competitive compensation. The role requires fluent English communication, enthusiasm, punctuality, and the ability to thrive in a high-pressure, target-driven sales environment. Candidates must be UAE Nationals with a Family Book and bring a background in sales. Consultants work in a corporate environment featuring cutting-edge tools like a virtual helicopter tour showroom.
