Key responsibilities
- Break down complex problems into discrete tasks and guide junior consultants to address key issues.
- Plan and execute analysis to develop insights and craft practical recommendations.
- Manage client engagements, ensuring delivery of correct, practical, and cohesive solutions.
- Lead teams through efficient and effective problem-solving processes.
- Deliver strategic thought leadership at both the conceptual and execution level.

Experience & skills
- At least 4–8 years of relevant experience in strategy consulting or a related organization.
- Expertise in the Government and Public Institution field, particularly Defense and Security.
- Familiarity with the startup ecosystem and associated players across markets.
- Proven track record of managing teams and clients under tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation capabilities for executive-level audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to apply deep content knowledge during project execution.
- Undergraduate or advanced degree from a top academic program.
- Willingness to travel regionally or globally as required.
