Job description
As the HR Supervisor for the Corallium cluster under the Sports and Entertainment division, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily execution of HR operations and ensuring that the workforce is prepared for both pre-opening and long-term operational excellence. You will manage recruitment support, HR documentation, onboarding, training coordination, and compliance with RSGās policies and Saudi labour law. Your efforts will directly influence the teamās readiness and alignment with Coralliumās guest-focused culture.

Key responsibilities
- Execute and oversee HR operations including onboarding, documentation, and recruitment support
- Ensure compliance with RSG HR policies and local labour laws
- Maintain and update employee records using HRIS systems
- Coordinate payroll inputs and liaise with central HR for benefits administration
- Develop and monitor training programs and ensure timely onboarding and refresher courses
- Support department heads in crafting role-specific training plans and learning paths
- Monitor and maintain accurate training records and performance feedback documentation
- Promote employee engagement initiatives and internal communication channels
- Escalate staffing or HR issues to Cluster HR Lead or GM as needed
Experience & skills
- Bachelorās degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 6 years of HR experience, preferably in hospitality, entertainment, or sports sectors
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms and employee lifecycle administration
- Strong understanding of Saudi labour law and compliance practices
- HR certifications such as SHRM-CP or CIPD Level 3 are preferred
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
