Job description
Cigna Healthcare's Talent Acquisition team covers hiring across GIH, DIFC, and selected international markets, working closely with business leaders and HR colleagues on every open role. As the Associate Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you partner with hiring managers, HR colleagues, and candidates to deliver effective recruitment outcomes while supporting current and future workforce needs. Priorities shift often in this environment, and success comes from managing multiple recruitment activities at once while maintaining strong follow through. Business leaders and HR teams bring their hiring needs to you, and you shape recruitment strategies that align with broader business goals. End-to-end recruitment runs across a variety of positions, with talent identified and engaged through direct sourcing, job boards, social media, and networking. Candidate assessment sits alongside candidate experience, since consistency throughout the hiring process shapes how people remember Cigna. Market insights and talent intelligence gathered along the way inform hiring decisions and workforce planning discussions. Talent pipelines get built and maintained across multiple locations to support both current openings and future hiring. Recruitment data, reporting, and documentation stay accurate throughout, in line with company policies and data privacy requirements. Employer branding initiatives and collaboration with recruiters across countries round out the role, with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and digital recruitment platforms used to keep the process moving.
