Job description
The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for managing end-to-end Supply Chain operations in Saudi Arabia within a global beauty retail organization operating across omnichannel environments including physical stores and e-commerce platforms. The role oversees all aspects of Local Supply Planning, Store Replenishment, Logistics Operations, and third-party logistics (3PL) relationship management to ensure product availability and efficient distribution across the national network. The position directly manages daily supply chain operations, including support for new product and brand launches, while contributing to the development of the future supply chain through improved systems, processes, and operational efficiencies. The Supply Chain Manager drives operational performance improvements in a fast-growth retail environment by optimizing inventory levels, managing warehouse fulfillment and distribution activities, and ensuring operational excellence across logistics processes. The role supervises local warehouse operations and collaborates with 3PL partners to improve efficiency, enhance quality standards, and reduce operational costs. The position also focuses on managing store replenishment strategies and optimizing fulfillment frequency for both retail locations and e-commerce channels. Responsibilities include continuously improving last mile delivery solutions that enhance convenience and operational performance for both stores and online customers. The role works closely with the retail team to monitor demand signals and adjust demand and supply planning accordingly. Additional responsibilities include managing overstock and discontinued product exit strategies, coordinating product return campaigns, and executing inventory rebalancing initiatives across the network. The Supply Chain Manager defines and monitors operational KPIs and performance metrics to proactively diagnose operational issues and implement improvement actions. The position collaborates closely with the regional headquarters in Dubai to support Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) processes and provide KPI analysis to support strategic decision-making and action planning. The role leads a team of logistics and planning professionals and operates within a regional leadership structure reporting directly to the General Manager β KSA with a dotted reporting line to the Supply Chain Director β Middle East while participating as a member of the Regional Supply Chain Leadership Team. The position requires extensive expertise in logistics operations, warehouse fulfillment, distribution management, demand and supply planning, ERP systems such as SAP and RELEX, and supply chain analytics within retail, cosmetics, pharma, or FMCG sectors operating in fast-paced omnichannel environments.

- Lead end-to-end supply chain operations in Saudi Arabia to maximize product availability and optimize inventory levels across the retail store network and e-commerce platform
- Manage store replenishment strategies and replenishment frequency to ensure efficient product fulfillment for both physical stores and online channels
- Oversee logistics operations including warehouse operations, warehouse fulfillment, and distribution management to ensure efficient product flow across the supply chain network
- Supervise local warehouse operations and manage third-party logistics (3PL) partnerships to increase operational efficiency, improve quality standards, and reduce logistics costs
- Continuously improve last mile delivery solutions to enhance operational efficiency and customer convenience for both retail stores and online customers
- Collaborate with retail teams to monitor product demand signals and adjust demand planning and supply planning strategies accordingly
- Manage overstock and discontinued product exit strategies including coordinating return campaigns and executing inventory rebalancing operations across locations
- Define, monitor, and analyze operational KPIs and performance metrics to proactively diagnose operational issues and implement corrective action plans
- Collaborate with regional headquarters in Dubai to support the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process and contribute KPI analysis for operational planning and performance improvement
- Lead and manage a team of logistics and planning professionals by providing operational direction and ensuring execution of supply chain objectives
- Support operational readiness for new product and brand launches by coordinating supply planning, inventory allocation, and logistics execution
- Develop and implement systems and process improvements that support the long-term transformation and efficiency of the supply chain organization
Experience & skills
- Obtain a Bachelorβs degree from a recognized academic institution
- Demonstrate a minimum of 7 years of professional experience managing supply chain operations in retail, cosmetics, pharmaceutical, or FMCG sectors
- Possess extensive expertise in logistics operations, warehouse fulfillment, distribution management, and third-party logistics (3PL) management
- Demonstrate strong experience in demand planning, supply planning, store replenishment, and inventory optimization processes
- Show practical experience working with planning systems and ERP systems including SAP and RELEX
- Demonstrate knowledge and experience in Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) processes and supply chain performance management
- Possess experience managing supply chain operations in Middle East markets with preference for Saudi Arabia operational experience
- Demonstrate experience managing omnichannel supply chains supporting both retail stores and e-commerce fulfillment environments
- Show capability in analyzing operational KPIs and implementing performance improvement initiatives across logistics and planning operations
- Demonstrate experience managing cross-functional stakeholder relationships including collaboration with regional headquarters and retail teams
- Possess professional working proficiency in English with Arabic language capability considered an advantage
