Job description
The role supports KPMG’s clients with financial reporting, technical accounting, IFRS research, and day-to-day project support. The analyst collaborates with clients to prepare IFRS-compliant financial statements, supports IFRS conversions, analyzes financial data, and produces reports for decision-making. Responsibilities include assisting in audit preparation, managing project timelines, conducting research on emerging accounting standards and regulations, and supporting compliance checks. The role requires strong analytical capability, communication skills, and a commitment to quality, ethics, and continuous learning. It is exclusively for UAE Nationals with a family book.

Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand reporting needs and assist in preparing IFRS-compliant financial statements
- Research and support implementation of IFRS and technical accounting standards
- Assist with IFRS conversions and provide guidance on accounting treatments
- Support project management including planning, reporting, and timeline tracking
- Prepare financial reports, analysis, and presentations for clients
- Liaise with auditors and support clients during audit preparation
- Conduct research on new accounting standards and regulations
- Support compliance assessments and ensure adherence to financial regulations
- Participate in internal training and development programs
- Work with senior consultants and team members to support overall project success
Experience & skills
- UAE National with a family book
- Fresh graduate with a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum GPA 2.8
- Pursuing CFA or similar certifications preferred
- Strong ethical standards and alignment with KPMG Core Values
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical mindset with high attention to detail
