Job description
A supplier base only works if it stays compliant, accurate, and fit for purpose, and keeping it that way across registration, qualification, master data, risk, segmentation, and governance is exactly what this SRM Specialist role does. You will manage supplier lifecycle activities from registration and onboarding through qualification, updates, review, blocking or blacklisting, and phase-out. Internal and external supplier registration routes need administering, reviewing supplier information, supporting documents, and declarations for completeness, accuracy, compliance, and auditability before anything moves to workflow submission. Supplier due diligence, conflict-of-interest checks, risk questionnaires, and evidence collection all get coordinated, with registration records maintained in Oracle Fusion and other procurement systems. Master data integrity for suppliers gets maintained in the ERP, covering duplicate checks, profile updates, document expiry monitoring, and sensitive-field validation controls. Enhanced due diligence needs identifying wherever value, system access, or compliance and risk indicators call for it, and supplier certifications, regulatory documentation, and ICV status all get monitored. Strategic supplier relationships get built and managed to drive joint value creation and risk mitigation, with business reviews led against supplier performance scorecards. Supplier segmentation, performance scorecards, review cycles, and corrective action tracking all sit under direct ownership. SRM KPIs get tracked and supplier performance, risk indicators, and operational issues get analysed for management reporting, feeding into recommendations on onboarding, master data, dashboards, and workflow automation.
