Job description
To increase focus on local and international markets and drive commercialization of existing and new liquidity management products within the Cash Management, GTx domain. The successful candidate will be responsible for product management, preparation and launch of Liquidity & Account Services Products that drive liabilities growth within the Global Cash Management business in line with agreed targets. They will support the management and growth of Cash Management Liabilities products, specifically under CASA & NPD’s, and help deliver P&L growth through innovation and development of liquidity product business.

Key responsibilities
- Actively manage and track CASA balances on a weekly and monthly basis, providing updates for senior GTB management of key inflows and outflows including to CBUAE of WB, IB&M, FIG, PBW – BBG & PCG.
- Support periodic senior management reporting on key weekly, monthly, quarterly updates Cash Management CASA balances and revenue updates.
- Create Global CASA, NII revenue dashboards, capable of drill down by Location, Coverage areas, Segments, Sub segments, Currency.
- Support Liquidity impact assessments in the event of interest rate cuts and increases and the impact on Global Cash Management CASA revenues.
- Track and monitor FAB, Market Overnight & 3M interest rates and ensure timely updates following internal approvals.
- Track and monitor negative currency balances and ensure appropriate interest rate charges are levied on Clients following discussions with Advisory Teams.
- Contribute to new innovative solutions, ideas, and projects to enhance Account Services & Liquidity Management propositions.
- Support monthly AOV process and reconciliation on all internal LMS accounts.
- Support daily Notice Deposit Booking placements working closely with Sales, CCS & Operations teams.
- Interact with Business Management, Group Finance, CAD, GTx Onboarding, IT & relevant channels for end-to-end development and product functioning.
- Evaluate and recommend new ideas and solutions and deliver bottom line benefits across propositions, technology, regulation, and market areas.
- Support continuous improvements in financial, operational, and service performance of Liquidity products to increase market share.
- Develop products covering pricing, market positioning, customer segments, and efficient ongoing management.
- Review and re-engineer existing liquidity products for smooth functioning and efficiency.
- Manage external vendors to support and enhance Liquidity products.
- Represent and support the bank in driving Cash Management Product evolution in alignment with strategy and goals.
- Analyse and present client pricing discussions for Deal Review Committee.
- Manage Products across the Product Life Cycle from business case to delivery and commercialization, including UAT management and sign-off.
- Update and maintain Product Programs, SOPs, collaterals, website content, go-to-market strategies, and commercialization plans.
- Perform other activities as assigned by Manager/Head of Cash Product Management.
- Support tracking and monitoring of business metrics.
- Complete all mandatory and personal development training as required.
- Focus primarily on WB, IB&M, PCG & BBG clients.
- Liaise closely with GTB Sales, Client Services, Channels, branch network, Relationship Managers, IT, Operations, CAD, Legal, Risk, and stakeholders in product management.
- Participate in service standards, operational process, product, and service quality reviews.
- Assist clients in understanding and using Cash Management products and channels.
Experience & skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft applications.
- Good understanding of administrative functions.
- Fluent business English, Arabic preferred.
