Job description
Accenture seeks a T&O Management Consulting Manager (UAE-based) to lead Talent & Organization engagements across Strategy & Consulting, Technology and Operations, and Accenture Song, leveraging digital, cloud and security capabilities. The role architects and builds future-proof, agile, resilient organization and operating models that embrace the future of work; uses data and analytics to drive insights shaping end-to-end client solutions; and partners with client leaders to co-create transformational change strategies and programs at the intersection of people, organization, business, and technology. The manager designs enterprise-wide, enduring, and personalized digital talent and learning strategies (including implementing Digital Learning solutions such as AR/VR/XR), applies behavioral tools to assess change impacts via organizational culture, performance, engagement, and readiness assessments, and leads rigorous organizational diagnosis to identify root causes. Responsibilities span Strategic Workforce Planning, Human Capital Strategy, Operating Model / Organization Design, Organization Analytics, Talent & Workforce Analytics, Talent Management Lifecycle and Talent Development, Digital and Cloud Workforce Transformation, Enterprise Transformation, Mergers & Acquisitions, Leadership Development and Culture Transformation, and Leadership and Culture Assessments, Tools and Diagnostics, using Design Thinking and a scientific hypothesis-test-measure-iterate approach. The role manages business development (SOWs, proposals, client presentations), develops capability (whitepapers, recruiting, community), and mentors teams, while demonstrating proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and data visualization applications (Tableau, PowerBI).

- Use data and analytics to derive insights that shape end-to-end client solutions across people, organization, business, and technology.
- Design transformational change strategies and programs, applying behavioral tools and organizational diagnostics to assess culture, performance, engagement, and readiness for change.
- Co-create and support enterprise-wide, enduring, and personalized digital talent and learning strategies, including implementation of Digital Learning solutions (AR/VR/XR).
- Conduct organization diagnosis to identify root causes of issues and recommend evidence-based interventions using a scientific hypothesis-test-measure-iterate approach.
- Identify required leadership and stakeholder attributes, articulate leadership expectations, and guide leadership development and culture transformation initiatives.
- Manage business development efforts including drafting Statements of Work (SOWs), developing proposals, and delivering client presentations.
- Contribute to practice development through culture building, internal community involvement, capability development, recruiting, and authorship of whitepapers.
- Partner with client executives to earn trust and create strategic solutions that integrate Operating Model Design, Organization Design, Organization Analytics, and Human Capital Strategy.
- Support enterprise transformation and M&A initiatives, including talent and workforce analytics, strategic workforce planning, and change management.
- Apply Design Thinking to co-create solutions and facilitate collaborative stakeholder engagement across complex, multicultural environments.
- Leverage Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI) to analyze data, communicate insights, and manage deliverables.
Experience & skills
- Bring a minimum of 9 years of experience in four or more areas: Operating Model Design / Organization Design / Organization Analytics; Transformational Change Management; Talent & Workforce Analytics; Strategic Workforce Planning; Enterprise Transformation; Mergers & Acquisitions; Human Capital Strategy; Talent Management Lifecycle / Talent Development and Learning / Talent Transformations; Digital and Cloud Workforce Transformation; Leadership Development & Culture Transformation; Leadership and Culture Assessments, Tools and Diagnostics; Design Thinking.
- Have a minimum of 4 years of consulting experience or equivalent, delivering complex, multi-stakeholder programs.
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree; an MBA or graduate-level degree in a related field is preferred; background in individual and/or organizational psychology, behavioral science, or clinical psychology is a plus.
- Demonstrate strong organization and workforce analytics skills, including individual and organizational assessments and evidence-based, hypothesis-driven methods.
- Show proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio, and with data visualization applications (Tableau, PowerBI).
- Exhibit experience implementing Digital Learning solutions (AR/VR/XR) and supporting enterprise-wide talent and learning strategies.
- Possess strong organizational and analytical skills to manage complex engagements, produce SOWs and proposals, and present to senior stakeholders.
