Job description
Cigna Healthcare is seeking a Broker Sales Executive to support and grow its network of global brokers in Dubai. The role focuses on relationship building, account management, and B2B telephony sales to ensure brokers are equipped to effectively promote Cigna products. The position requires delivering product knowledge, facilitating training sessions, resolving broker queries, and collaborating with internal teams to provide comprehensive support. The ideal candidate will thrive in a hybrid work environment, demonstrate strong sales and problem-solving skills, and have experience working with brokers in healthcare or insurance industries.

Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with global brokers to understand needs and enhance their ability to sell Cigna products.
- Partner with brokers to provide product knowledge and support market strategies.
- Communicate consistently on product changes, company initiatives, and industry trends.
- Conduct outbound telephony sales calls to brokers to facilitate effective client communication.
- Deliver training sessions and support materials to enable brokers to better sell Cigna products.
- Provide solutions and address broker queries promptly and efficiently.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure brokers receive comprehensive support.
- Act as a liaison between brokers and internal departments to resolve issues quickly.
Experience & skills
- Proven track record in sales, particularly in B2B environments.
- Experience in building and maintaining strong broker relationships.
- Strong relationship-building skills with global broker networks.
- Experience conducting outbound telephony sales calls.
- Ability to resolve broker issues with effective solutions.
- Strong collaboration skills for cross-functional work with internal teams.
- Flexibility to cover Americas markets with shifts (Mon–Thu 4pm–midnight, Fri 12pm–8pm).
- Fluency in English; other languages are a plus.
