The Emirati Associate & Consultant role involves supporting audit, advisory, and consulting projects across diverse sectors, strengthening financial reporting, governance, risk, and transformation initiatives. Responsibilities include client research, audit tests, internal and regulatory assignments, data analysis, development of structured reports, proposals, methodology materials, and client-facing documentation. Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Conduct clients research to understand business operations, risks, and industry context
- Support planning and execution of audit, advisory, and consulting engagements under senior guidance
- Review client documentation, perform audit tests, and maintain complete and accurate project working papers
- Assist in fieldwork for internal audit, regulatory, or risk-focused assignments depending on engagement needs
- Gather and analyse data to identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Develop structured reports, recommendations, and close-out documentation for client presentations and internal reviews
- Maintain client satisfaction by responding to queries promptly and professionally
- Contribute to planning, exit, and discussion meetings while supporting strong working relationships
- Assist in preparing proposals, methodology materials, and client-facing documents for prospective engagements
- Collaborate with team members to support end-to-end engagement delivery
- Communicate clearly and confidently with clients and colleagues both verbally and in writing
- Uphold firm values, professionalism, accuracy, and high-quality delivery throughout all engagements
Experience & skills
- Bachelorās or Masterās degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Technology, Science, or related fields
- Minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0 or equivalent
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong analytical, numeracy and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Independent thinker, proactive, able to work under pressure
- Agile, growth-oriented, strong interpersonal and presentation skills
