Job description
The Business Continuity & Crisis Management Manager at Accenture Security in Kuwait City is responsible for leading and supporting crisis management and business continuity activities across client engagements. The role involves designing, implementing, and managing BCM programs, conducting hands-on Business Impact Assessments (BIA), and developing and maintaining Business Continuity Plans (BCP) and crisis response plans. The manager ensures alignment with ISO 22301 and ISO 22300 standards and integrates crisis management and BCM practices to deliver comprehensive organizational resilience. The role requires collaboration with client stakeholders across risk, compliance, operations, and leadership, while supporting crisis governance and platform/tool operations.

Key responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate Crisis Management activities, including preparedness, response coordination, and crisis governance
- Design, implement, and manage comprehensive Business Continuity Management programs
- Conduct Business Impact Assessments (BIA) including execution and engagement with stakeholders to identify critical functions
- Develop, maintain, and update Business Continuity Plans (BCP) and crisis response plans
- Operate and support Crisis Management and Business Continuity platforms and tools for clients
- Ensure all BCM and Crisis Management practices align with ISO 22301 (BCMS) and ISO 22300 standards
- Integrate Crisis Management and Business Continuity practices to establish a holistic resilience approach
- Collaborate with client stakeholders across risk, compliance, operations, and leadership to embed continuity and crisis preparedness into operations
Experience & skills
- Proven experience in leading Business Continuity Management and Crisis Management programs
- Hands-on experience with Business Impact Assessments and continuity plan development
- Knowledge of ISO 22301 (BCMS) and ISO 22300 standards
- Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills
- Understanding of risk management, compliance, and operational processes
- Experience with crisis governance and resilience planning
- Ability to manage BCM and crisis management platforms/tools effectively
- Experience working in security consulting or professional services environment
