Job description
The Senior Product Manager, Loyalty and Subscription at Tabby will lead the development, scaling, and optimization of loyalty services, rewards programs, and the Tabby+ subscription product in Saudi Arabia. This on-site role involves crafting and executing an ambitious product roadmap, owning the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and security standards while fostering innovation. The position requires close collaboration with engineering, design, data, marketing, legal, and compliance teams to create a seamless and scalable digital experience for millions of customers. The Senior Product Manager will monitor market trends, user behavior, and competitor activities to keep Tabby ahead in the loyalty and subscription space. They will work with UI/UX teams to deliver smooth, intuitive user experiences, set and track KPIs to measure progress, analyze activation data to optimize user engagement, and coordinate marketing and communications for successful feature launches. Candidates must have at least 5 years of product management experience, preferably in subscriptions, loyalty, rewards, or digital financial services, and possess fluency in both Arabic and English, along with a deep understanding of Saudi Arabia’s market and culture. - Craft and execute a product roadmap for loyalty services, rewards, and subscription products
- Own the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch
- Work with legal, compliance, and security teams to ensure adherence to regulations and standards
- Monitor market trends, user behavior, and competitor activity to inform strategy
- Collaborate across engineering, design, marketing, and compliance teams to align on goals and execution
- Partner with UI/UX teams to develop intuitive and engaging customer experiences
- Define and track KPIs to measure product performance and improvements

- Plan and oversee new feature launches with coordinated marketing and communications strategies
Experience & skills
- Residency in Saudi Arabia with familiarity of local market specifics and culture
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally in subscriptions, loyalty programs, rewards, digital financial services, or mobile banking
- Proven track record managing complex product lifecycles and delivering successful outcomes
- Ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments
- Fluency in both English and Arabic
