Job description
Luxury brand identities come to life across the GCC and Levant through this Retail Design Project Manager role, reporting to the Retail Design Group Manager from Dubai. You design and adapt high-end layouts for boutiques and shop-in-shops, translating brand vision into physical retail spaces. End-to-end project execution runs through this role, overseeing technical drawings, budgets and timelines from concept through completion. Internal marketing teams and external contractors or agencies get coordinated closely, keeping execution precise across every project. Sustainable design solutions get delivered to improve the physical consumer experience, with retail concepts adapted to fit each market's needs. You draw on proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp alongside project management skills and a strong aesthetic sensibility to bring designs from drawing to reality. A proven portfolio of boutique or shop-in-shop projects matters here, built through experience in luxury or beauty retail design on the brand or agency side. Budgets, timelines and technical documentation all stay under close management, keeping each retail rollout on track across the region.
