Job description
In this role you will plan, coordinate, and oversee offshore construction, load-out, transportation, installation, hookup, and commissioning support activities related to Jackets, Wellhead Towers, and associated offshore structural facilities for KBR's ADNOC PMC project. You will provide technical leadership throughout project execution, ensuring offshore installation activities are performed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved procedures, project specifications, client requirements, and international offshore standards. You are responsible for acting as the key interface between engineering, fabrication, marine operations, offshore construction teams, subcontractors, and client representatives. You will lead construction and offshore installation engineering activities for jackets, WHTs, and structural components, reviewing and validating installation methodologies and ensuring constructability requirements are incorporated during engineering and fabrication stages. Your responsibilities include managing and supervising installation activities for Wellhead Towers, jackets and jacket appendages, pile-supported structures, boat landings, conductors, and other offshore structures. You will coordinate structural load-out activities from fabrication yards, review sea-fastening arrangements and transportation engineering studies, and ensure safe handling and transportation of offshore structures. You are responsible for supporting the execution of offshore lifting, upending, positioning, piling, and installation activities, monitoring installation progress and resolving site engineering issues. In this role you will review installation analyses, lift studies, rigging plans, and construction drawings, and participate in HAZID, SIMOPS, constructability, and risk assessment workshops. You will promote and maintain high standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance, and interface with Engineering, Fabrication, Marine Operations, Hook-up, Commissioning, and Project Controls teams. This role is initially based in the Contractors Office/Fabrication Yard Office in Abu Dhabi before moving to Offshore Site on a 6 weeks on/3 weeks off rotation.
