The Director – Human Capital Business Partner at Space42 serves as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, aligning human capital strategies with business goals across a global AI-powered SpaceTech organization that integrates satellite communications, geospatial analytics, and artificial intelligence. The role drives a high-performance culture by leading workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational design, as well as enabling organizational growth through talent management, leadership development, and future capability alignment. Responsibilities include driving talent acquisition strategies for critical roles, leading employee engagement initiatives, performance management programs, and career development pathways. The position provides expert guidance on complex employee relations matters, organizational change, and leadership coaching, and works closely with Centers of Excellence in Compensation & Benefits, Talent Development, and HR Operations to deliver integrated HR solutions. The role requires analyzing HR metrics and workforce data to inform decisions, identifying trends and risks, ensuring full compliance with UAE labor laws and internal governance, leading change management and cultural transformation efforts, and acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders to promote effective people leadership aligned with the company’s mission of redefining the global SpaceTech landscape.
