Job description
The Senior Specialist – Retail Media Insight based in Dubai is responsible for driving performance excellence and revenue optimization across multiple markets by conducting deep analysis and generating actionable insights for the retail media function. This role focuses on optimizing retail media ad campaigns, ensuring revenue targets are met, and elevating campaign effectiveness and partner value. The position entails developing standardized measurement frameworks, predictive modeling, segmentation analysis, dashboards, and executive-ready summaries. The Specialist works closely with local Retail Media Leads, regional partnerships, Product & Tech teams, and multiple stakeholders to detect early risks, identify revenue leakage, and implement optimization strategies, test-and-learn initiatives, and execution roadmaps. The role requires advanced proficiency in retail media platforms, programmatic buying, attribution models, Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Excel, and Google Sheets, combined with strong commercial awareness, stakeholder management, and cross-market collaboration skills.

Key responsibilities
- Provide regional insights to local Retail Media Leads and partnerships teams to inform decision-making and improve campaign performance.
- Detect early risks of under-delivery on revenue targets and proactively recommend optimization strategies.
- Drive test-and-learn initiatives, collaborating with Product and Tech teams to pilot new solutions.
- Produce regional post-campaign reviews and insights for advertisers and internal stakeholders, ensuring learnings cascade across markets.
- Troubleshoot cross-market campaign issues and escalate to appropriate internal stakeholders when necessary.
- Identify monetization gaps, revenue leakage, pacing issues, and inventory underutilization, and develop structured deep-dive diagnostics with prioritized action plans.
- Standardize measurement frameworks and ensure KPI definitions and reporting standards are aligned regionally and centrally.
- Build and maintain regional dashboards tracking revenue, delivery health, and partner performance, translating complex data into executive-ready business actions.
- Build execution roadmaps with markets for highest-impact opportunities and drive prioritization and accountability across stakeholders.
Experience & skills
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Business Analytics, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
- 4-5 years of experience in data analytics, retail media, digital advertising, or e-commerce.
- Expertise in retail media platforms, programmatic buying, attribution models, and campaign optimization levers.
- Strong commercial exposure and understanding of revenue drivers.
- Experience in FMCG and/or multi-market environments preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, or Looker, and strong Excel/Google Sheets modeling skills.
- Ability to interpret complex datasets and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Persuasive communication skills with ability to present to senior stakeholders across multiple markets.
- Collaborative mindset with experience in cross-functional and cross-country teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and project prioritization skills.
- Fluent in English; Arabic language proficiency preferred.
