Job description
Bayzat is seeking a Growth Designer to join its GTM and Growth Marketing team. This role blends marketing, product storytelling, and performance design to deliver visually engaging, conversion-optimized experiences across digital and product platforms. Youâll be responsible for turning product capabilities into compelling visuals that drive action, enhance user adoption, and support marketing campaigns. Working remotely, youâll collaborate with content, product, and design teams to create high-performing creative assetsâranging from landing pages and banners to in-app tooltips and personalized micrositesâall aligned with Bayzatâs brand identity and growth objectives.

Key responsibilities
- Design high-converting digital experiences for website, landing pages, and in-app messaging.
- Create banners, tooltips, and pop-ups to support feature adoption and user engagement.
- Collaborate with GTM, content, and product teams to align design with campaign goals.
- Support targeted campaign assets like microsites tailored to segments and personas.
- Run creative A/B tests to optimize CTAs, layout, and visuals based on performance insights.
- Ensure brand and design consistency across all visual assets and touchpoints.
- Utilize AI tools like Lovable, Galileo, and UX Pilot to boost design velocity and impact.
- Translate product features into compelling visual narratives that drive upsell and engagement.
- Own the design-to-performance workflow, iterating based on conversion and engagement data.
Experience & skills
- 2â4 years of experience in marketing or product design, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proficiency with Figma and familiarity with animation and landing page tools.
- Experience designing for growth and performance metrics, especially in PLG-led companies.
- Ability to execute designs across multiple touchpoints including product, email, and web.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative mindset with excellent cross-functional communication skills.
- Familiarity with AI-powered design tools and automation platforms.
- Creative, curious, and passionate about designâs impact on user behavior and business outcomes.
- Strong written and spoken English; Arabic is a plus.
