The AVP β Credit Execution role within a leading international financial institution in Dubai focuses on supporting and leading the execution of complex corporate finance and credit transactions across multiple product lines. The role involves managing approximately 15β20 financing transactions annually, coordinating across front-office teams, credit, legal, and operations functions to ensure timely and accurate deal execution. The position requires direct client interaction to gather information, clarify transaction structures, and coordinate documentation requirements. It also involves preparing financial analysis, supporting credit approval processes, and assisting in negotiation of commercial terms in collaboration with senior bankers and legal counsel. The role includes managing cross-border transactions with regional and international offices while ensuring compliance with internal credit policies, regulatory requirements, and risk frameworks. This position provides exposure to complex multi-product corporate finance deals and requires strong understanding of banking products, credit processes, and transaction lifecycle management.

Experience & skills
- Candidates must have experience in executing corporate finance transactions within a major financial institution, with strong exposure to credit processes and transaction banking activities.
- A bachelorβs degree or higher is required, along with strong analytical and interpersonal skills suitable for a client-facing credit execution role.
- Strong understanding of corporate finance products including loans, derivatives, trade finance, risk solutions, and M&A-related transactions is required.
- Candidates must demonstrate strong financial analysis and credit analysis skills, including experience in financial modelling and transaction evaluation.
- The role requires the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously under tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and compliance with credit policies.
- Strong communication skills are required, including experience interacting with clients and coordinating with external legal counsel and internal stakeholders.
